The second season premiere of Modern Family finished a strong overall second place behind CBS's Survivor: Nicaragua, but finished first place in the key 18-49 demographic.
"The Old Wagon" was watched by 12.61 million people and scored a 7.4/12 in households, ranking behind CBS's reality show. Modern Family finished first in the key adults 18-49 demographic with a 5.0/14. Compared to the show's premiere last year, this performance was up 19% in the key demo.
