David Cross to guest star on Modern Family Posted September 3 2011

David Cross (Arrested Development) is to be a recurring guest star in the third season of Modern Family, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The actor and stand-up comedian will reportedly play a city councillor who goes toe-to-toe with Claire.

The third season of Modern Family kicks off with a double showing on Wednesday, September 21st at 9/8c.
