This week's Christmas episode of Modern Family finished first in the 18-49 demo, second overall in the ratings for its time slot.

"The Old Man & The Tree" had an audience of 10.61 million people, up 1.19 million from the previous week. Modern Family ranked behind CBS's Criminal Minds in viewers.

In the adults 18-49 demographic, Modern Family rose to first place with a strong 3.5/10 rating, up four notches from 3.1/9 last week.
