Episode 3.19 Ratings Posted April 12 2012
Last night's episode of Modern Family, the first new episode in three weeks, finished second in the ratings and was down by 9% on the last original episode.
"Election Day" was watched by 10.25 million people, down by 350,000 people on the last original episode, and scored a 7.5/11 rating in households. In the important adults 18-49 demographic, Modern Family scored a 4.1/11 rating, down from 4.5/12 on March 14. Modern Family was the most- watched and highest-rated scripted program of the night. The show finished second in its time slot by all key ratings measurements.

The all important election day has arrived and the whole family rallies for some last minute campaigning - Mitch and Cam ride around in a 'Vote for Claire' mobile, the Dunphy house is campaign central with everyone manning phones and soliciting votes, and Claire does some last minute interviews -- with a few technical difficulties.
